动物服毓麟汤后其血浆黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素水平明显升高;可增加卵巢、子宫组织重量;可使血浆雌二醇、孕酮含量呈增加趋势,并使动物排卵数目有所增加;但对垂体组织重量无影响。本方一定剂量下可抑制垂体后叶素所致动物离体子宫收缩,使输卵管节律性收缩加强。,本方尚可显著提高血浆6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)水平,具有抗炎及非特异性镇痛作用。推测其促进改善排卵功能与兴奋生殖内分泌轴的作用有关。
After animal serving unicorn soup, plasma luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone levels were significantly increased; ovarian and uterine tissue weights increased; plasma estradiol and progesterone levels increased, and ovulation increased.
