外源水杨酸对铝胁迫下吊瓜抗氧化系统的影响

吊瓜,学名栝楼(Trichosathes kirilowii Maxim),是具有药食两用特性的经济作物。为了研究水杨酸(SA)对吊瓜铝(Al)胁迫的缓解效应,以长兴仁吊瓜为试验材料,用溶液培养法,在500μmol L-1Al胁迫下,喷施不同浓度SA,并对其生长特性、过氧化氢(H2O2)、丙二醛(MDA)含量及抗氧化酶活性等指标进行测定。结果显示,Al胁迫下,吊瓜根长、根鲜重及地上部分鲜重明显降低,植株超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、愈创木酚过氧化物酶(G-POD)等抗氧化酶活性降低,抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性升高,过氧化氢(H2O2)含量及丙二醛(MDA)含量提高;喷施一定浓度SA后,根系生长抑制解除,SOD、CAT及G-POD抗氧化酶类活性升高,MDA和H2O2含量降低。SA浓度为10μmol·L-1时,效果更佳。由此可知,外源SA处理能够诱导Al胁迫下吊瓜的抗氧化反应,SA是一种能够缓解吊瓜Al胁迫的有效物质,具有推广应用价值。 Diaogua, scientific name Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim (Trichosathes kirilowii Maxim), is a medicinal and edible economic crops. In order to study the alleviating effect of salicylic acid (SA) on aluminum stress of Diaohaic acid, the effects of salicylic acid (SA) on Al stress were studied. With Changlongren Diaogua as the experimental material, different concentrations of SA were sprayed by solution culture under the stress of 500μmol L-1Al Its growth characteristics, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), malondialdehyde (MDA) content and antioxidant enzyme activity were measured. The results showed that the root length, root fresh weight and fresh weight of above ground were significantly decreased under Al stress. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), guaiacol peroxidase G-POD), the activities of ascorbate peroxidase (APX) and the contents of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and malondialdehyde (MDA) increased. After spraying certain concentration of SA, the root growth inhibition The activities of SOD, CAT and G-POD antioxidant enzymes were increased and MDA and H2O2 contents were decreased. SA concentration of 10μmol·L-1, the effect is better. It can be seen that exogenous SA treatment can induce the antioxidant response of Cv melon under Al stress, and SA is an effective substance that can relieve the Al stress in C. maxima, and has the value of popularization and application.
