本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等方法,通过对中超长春亚泰足球俱乐部一周的工作调研,对俱乐部的基础设施建设、训练状况、梯队建设、经营管理、法制建设等方面进行了调查。调查显示,长春亚泰足球俱乐部在其硬件建设方面较为完善,但软件建设方面仍需加强。最后,本文提出了俱乐部建设的相关建议。
Through the investigation and study of one week’s work of the Super League Changchun Yatai Football Club, this paper analyzes the construction of the infrastructure of the club, the training situation, the construction of the echelon, the management and administration, the legal system by using the method of documentation, expert interviews, logical analysis and mathematical statistics. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions about club building.
