陕西诚信达工程建设咨询有限责任公司是由陕西诚信达水利工程交易咨询部改制而来的科技型技术咨询企业。成立于2001年8月,是西北地区水利行业唯一取得水利部、建设部等七部委联合审批的建设工程招标代理甲级资质的企业,同时拥有国家发改委颁发的中央投资项目招标代理机构乙级资质、工程咨询及造价咨询等资质。公司内设综合管理部、计划经营部、招标代理部(下设三个分部)、工程造价部、技术咨询部等5个部门,并在西藏、广西、宁夏等地设立4个分公司。各类注册人员25人。
