2014年11月17日,工信部下达2014年第3批工业行业淘汰落后和过剩产能目标任务的通知,其中造纸行业需淘汰落后和过剩产能29.7万t·a-1。按工信部要求,列入名单的这些造纸生产企业在2014年年底前必须关停要淘汰的生产线(设备),且不得向其他地方转移。下表列出了涉及到的造纸生产企业名单,并附有每家企业需要淘汰的生产线情况。
On November 17, 2014, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the notice of the 3rd batch of targets and tasks of eliminating backward and excess capacity in the industrial sector in 2014, of which, the paper making industry needs to eliminate 297,000 t · a-1 of backward and excess capacity. According to the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, these paper-making enterprises listed on the list must shut down their production lines (equipment) to be eliminated before the end of 2014 and may not transfer them to other places. The following table lists the list of involved paper manufacturing enterprises, along with each business need to be eliminated production line situation.
