目的建立用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定茶叶中铜的不确定度评估方法。方法以JJF 1059-1999为依据,对测定茶叶中铜的不确定度的来源进行分析,找出影响测量的各种因素,计算出不确定分量及合成不确定度。结果茶叶中铜的测量结果及不确定度为(19.8±0.2)mg/kg。结论不确定度评定可以反映测量结果的可信度和准确性,为测量的质量控制提供科学依据。
Objective To establish an evaluation method for the determination of copper in tea by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods Based on JJF 1059-1999, the sources of uncertainty in determining copper in tea were analyzed, various factors influencing the measurement were found out, and the uncertainty components and the synthesis uncertainty were calculated. Results The measurement results and the uncertainty of copper in tea were (19.8 ± 0.2) mg / kg. Conclusion The evaluation of uncertainty can reflect the credibility and accuracy of measurement results and provide a scientific basis for quality control of measurement.
