德国一项最新研究发现,除矮小同源盒基因(SHOX基因)本身的变异或缺失与矮小症有密切相关外,与这种基因有关的增强子缺失也是引发矮小症的一个重要原因。
A recent study in Germany found that in addition to the short homologous box gene (SHOX gene) mutation or absence of itself is closely related to short stature, the lack of enhancer associated with this gene is also an important cause of short stature.
