在我国,电力行业正处于快速发展的黄金阶段,为解决发展中出现的问题,电力行业的改革也在一直进行着,在电力行业发展和改革的道路中,不免出现这样或那样的问题,这就要求电力企业必须加强自身政工队伍的建设,以解决在发展过程中出现的各种思想问题,在发展过程中,保证企业员工队伍的稳定性。同时,让员工队伍保持积极性。思想政治工作是一个企业发展中不可或缺的重要部分,所以对于电力企业来说,建立属于自己的政工队伍仍然十分必要。
