初入高一的学生对物理学科的认知基本上是处于浅层理解、机械记忆和简单应用的层面上。然而高中物理对抽象的逻辑思维以及利用数学知识处理物理问题等能力的要求较高,对于一个物理概念、定理、定律、过程等的理解往往必需要弄清弄透,否则物理学习就会受阻。这种初、高中物理学科知识及要求客观上存在的“台阶”现象,使得许多高一同学一时难以适应,无法跨越。久而久之,学生就会对物理学习失去信心。
