目的:探讨抵挡汤对糖尿病大鼠肾脏细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)的影响。方法:利用链脲佐菌素(STZ)尾静脉注射,配合高脂饲料饮食制备糖尿病大鼠模型,将大鼠分为正常对照组、模型对照组、抵挡汤组、罗格列酮组,连续灌胃给药12周,模型组、正常组给子等量生理盐水。治疗第12周末测定各组大鼠血糖、血肌酐水平及24尿蛋白,免疫组化染色观察各组大鼠肾脏细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)的阳性表达。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠肾脏ICAM-1表达增多;而与模型对照组比较,抵挡汤组和罗格列酮组的大鼠肾脏免疫组化染色ICAM-1表达减少。结论:抵挡汤抑制糖尿病大鼠肾脏ICAM-1表达,可能是其防治糖尿病肾病发生发展的机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the effects of resist soup on renal intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in diabetic rats. Methods: Diabetic rats were induced by injection of streptozotocin (STZ) into tail vein and fed with high-fat diet. The rats were divided into normal control group, model control group, resist soup group and rosiglitazone group, Gavage for 12 weeks, the model group, the normal group to give the same amount of saline. The blood glucose, serum creatinine and 24 urinary protein were measured at the end of the 12th week in each group. The expression of ICAM-1 in the kidney of each group was observed by immunohistochemical staining. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the expression of ICAM-1 was increased in the kidney of the model control group. Compared with the model control group, the expression of ICAM-1 in the kidney of the rats in the resistin group and the rosiglitazone group was decreased. Conclusion: Resisting the decoction can inhibit the expression of ICAM-1 in the kidney of diabetic rats, which may be one of the mechanisms of prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
