棉籽壳或废棉栽培草菇,铺料厚度一般在10~15厘米,生物效率在40%左右。但培养料的中下层基本无变化,未被菌丝吸收利用,主要是后期草菇菌丝自然衰老,生命力变弱。为充分利用培养料中的养分,提高生物效率,我们采用薄料栽培草菇,生物效率达56%。(一)供试材料:菌株为草菇V23,引自华中农大植保系。培养料配方为棉籽壳83%、麦皮40%、石灰4%、石膏1%、过磷酸钙1%、磷酸二氢钾0.5%、硫酸镁0.45%、敌敌畏0.1%。
Cottonseed shell or waste cotton cultivation mushrooms, paving thickness is generally 10 to 15 cm, the biological efficiency of about 40%. However, there was no change in the middle and lower layers of the culture material, which was not absorbed by the mycelium, mainly due to the natural aging of mushroom mycelium in late stage and the weaker vitality. In order to make full use of the nutrients in the culture material and improve the biological efficiency, we adopt thin material to grow the straw mushroom, and the biological efficiency reaches 56%. (A) test materials: strains of mushroom V23, quoted from the Department of Plant Protection, Huazhong Agricultural University. The culture materials were 83% cottonseed husk, 40% wheat husk, 4% lime, 1% gypsum, 1% superphosphate, 0.5% potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.45% magnesium sulfate and 0.1% dichlorvos.
