随机振动环境是运载火箭最严酷的工作环境之一。因振动而使火箭飞行失效或使有效载荷失效的例子不少。因此随机振动环境条件制定得正确与否,直接影响火箭的可靠性,研制进度和成本。 目前遥测数据的可信度及其利用、数据统计的原则和试验等级的划分、振动的性质分类以及适当的地面模拟试验方法等方面,尚存在不少问题,看法也不统一。结果往往是同出于
Random vibration environment is one of the most rigorous working conditions for launch vehicles. There are quite a few examples of failures that caused rocket flights or invalidated payloads due to vibration. Therefore, the random vibration environment conditions set correctly or not, directly affect the reliability of the rocket, development schedule and cost. At present, there are still many problems in the credibility and utilization of telemetry data, the principles of data statistics and the classification of test levels, the nature of vibration classification and appropriate ground simulation test methods, etc., and the opinions are not uniform. The result is often the same
