我们使用国产激光光散射测量仪对49例有生育力的男子和56例不育男子的精子活力进行了测定。观察了不同离心力、不同离心时间及温度对精子运动速度的影响,并将精液常规实验室检查的某些参数与精子的平均运动速度进行了比较。结果提示:在精子活力测定时应注意一些客观因素的影响;精子运动速度与快速向前运动精子的百分率和正常形态精子的百分率之间呈显著的正相关,而与精子的活率不相关。结果表明,国产激光光散射测量仪在检测精子活力方面具有明显的优点,激光法是一种客观、简便、准确的精子活力测定方法。
We measured the sperm motility of 49 fertile men and 56 infertile men using a domestic laser light scattering measuring instrument. The effects of different centrifugal forces, different centrifugation times and temperatures on sperm motility were observed. Some parameters of sperm routine laboratory tests were compared with those of sperm. The results suggest that in the determination of sperm motility should pay attention to the impact of some objective factors; sperm motility and fast-moving motile sperm percentage and the percentage of normal morphology was a significant positive correlation between sperm motility but not related. The results show that domestic laser light scattering measuring instrument has obvious advantages in detecting sperm motility. The laser method is an objective, simple and accurate method for the determination of sperm motility.
