多年以来,传播媒体的不断更新发展使得传播专业成为一种涵括广泛而且不断扩张的热门专业。在这个专业中各学科的交叉、融合、分离频繁,往往使得专业的界定不清。目前我国拥有众多新闻媒体以及从业人员,但高级媒体经营管理的人才却不到10%,媒体人才结构严重失衡,社会普遍关注的传媒业“怪现象”日益突显。一方面,全国高校出现了一个新闻类专业热;而另一方面,传媒高级人才严重缺少,市场又缺乏相应的培养机制,传媒人才面临“一将难求”的境地。
Over the years, the continuous renewal and development of the media has made communications a popular and expanding professional. In this major, the interdisciplinary, integration and separation of disciplines often make the definition of profession unclear. At present, there are many news media and practitioners in our country. However, less than 10% of the top-level media personnel are engaged in management. The structure of the media personnel is seriously unbalanced. The mass media industry’s widespread concern has become increasingly prominent. On the one hand, there is a hot journalism specialty in colleges and universities across the country. On the other hand, there is a serious shortage of senior media personnel in the media and a corresponding lack of training mechanism in the market. Media professionals are facing difficulties in seeking truth from facts.
