从4月份以来,江淮地区即已阴雨连绵,形成正规雨带。5月上旬连续两次暴雨,湘、鄂、赣、豫等省部分中小河流已经出现汛情,淮河千流的上游已经出现了一次较大的洪峰。5月中下旬,豫、皖、苏、鲁边界地区连降暴雨,有的地方在5小时内降雨量曾达200多毫米。根据目前雨情及天气形势来看,江淮地区降雨可能持续; 北方各省汛期可能提前到来; 华南及东南沿海各省旱情可能继续发展,但因目前已进入大汛时期,也随时可能遭到特大暴雨
