在毛主席革命路线指引下,在党的十大精神鼓舞下,各地在进一步开展“农业学大寨”群众运动中,积极响应省委号召,把冬种作物作为重要一季来抓。去冬全省小麦种植面积又有了增加,许多地方扩大了良种面积,推广了大畦、窄沟、条播等先进技术,苗期管理也抓得较早,管得较好,为夺取今年丰收打下了较好的基础。小麦各个生长发育阶段是有机联系的。前阶段是后阶段的基础,后阶段是前阶段的发展。要实现小麦高产,必须是在继续加强党的基本路线教育,提高广大干部、群众的阶级斗争与路线斗争觉悟的基础上,抓好中、后期的田间管理,做到环环扣紧,一抓到底。现就小麦中、后期田间管理措施,提出以下意见,供各地参考。
