金融危机下,作为中国改革先行者的珠江三角洲地区发展受到冲击,其高新技术产业存在的诸多弊端开始显现,而加强政府支持,优化创业环境成为珠三角地区高新技术发展的必然选择。尝试通过建立创业环境指标体系,运用模糊分析法,将2005年与2008年的珠三角地区创业环境进行比较分析,得出该地区创业环境水平有所下降的结论;并针对存在的问题,提出相关建议和对策。
Under the financial crisis, the Pearl River Delta region, as the forerunner of China’s reform, has been hit hard. Many drawbacks of its high-tech industries have begun to emerge. Strengthening government support and optimizing the entrepreneurial environment have become the inevitable choice for the development of high-tech industries in the Pearl River Delta. Through the establishment of an index system of entrepreneurial environment and the use of fuzzy analytic method, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the entrepreneurial environments in the Pearl River Delta between 2005 and 2008, and concludes that the level of entrepreneurship in the region has declined. Relevant issues are also raised Suggestions and Countermeasures.
