1995年全国科学技术大会于5月26日至30日在北京举行.这是科学技术事业的一件大事.1956年,党中央、国务院召开大会,发出了向科学进军的号召.这是我国科技事业的第一块里程碑.1978年,党中央、国务院召开全国科学大会,提出知识分子是工人阶级的一部分,科学技术是生产力.这是我国科技事业的第二块里程碑.今年的大会为全面落实“科学技术是第一生产力”思想,贯彻《决定》,在全国形成科教兴国热潮而开,是我国科技事业第三块里程碑.
