有限单体法(或称有限单元法)是近十多年来迅速发展起来的一种数值计算方法。这种方法的主要优点是解法有很大的通用性,它易于处理复杂的形状、荷载和边界条件,是一个强有力的力学分析方法。本文包含两个部分,分两期发表。前部分使用工程技术人员熟知的结构力学方法介绍有限单体法的基本原理和公式;后部分以 WK-2型挖掘机回转平台为例,介绍了解题的步骤和通用程序。文中对平台受力情况作了讨论,可作为平台设计的参考。
The finite element method (or finite element method) is a numerical method developed rapidly in recent ten years. The main advantage of this method is that the solution has great versatility. It is easy to handle complex shapes, loads and boundary conditions and is a powerful mechanical analysis method. This article contains two parts, published in two phases. The first part introduces the basic principles and formulas of the finite element method by using structural mechanics well-known to the engineering technicians. The later part takes the WK-2 type excavator rotary platform as an example to introduce the steps and general procedures for solving problems. The paper discusses the situation of the platform force, which can be used as a reference for platform design.
