对企业集团资金集中有效管理构成了我国企业集团内部财务管理工作的重要组成部分,有效地监控企业集团的资金运作,一方面是我国企业集团先进的管理水平的良好体现,有利于提高资金使用效率、规避资金风险。另一方面也有利于企业的长期发展。本文首先阐述我国企业集团构建资金集中管理模式的必要性,结合当前我国企业集团资金集管理的现状,对如何加强企业集团资金集中管理进行了探究。
