目的分析2005-2012年血吸虫病相关高被引论文分布情况,揭示国内血吸虫病研究热点,为编辑制定选题组稿计划提供参考依据。方法以中国知网的中国期刊全文数据库为检索对象,检索发表于2005-2012年血吸虫病相关论文,根据公式计算高被引论文的被引频次,筛选出高被引论文,对其发表时间、类型、作者及其机构、被引频次和载文期刊、基金项目和研究方向等信息进行分析。结果共检索到血吸虫病文献3 639篇,其中高被引论343篇(被引频次≥8)。《中国血吸虫病防治杂志》刊载高被引论文数最多,为155篇,占45.19%。高被引论文的主要类型为论著(44.90%)、综述(12.54%)和特约专稿(6.12%),其作者主要来自疾病预防控制中心(17.33%)、研究所(22.67%)和高等院校(36.00%);所获基金项目以国家和省厅级为主,平均基金论文比为50.44%;其研究方向包括流行病学与防治、疫情分析、疫苗、免疫诊断、免疫与感染等方面。结论我国血吸虫病相关高被引论文主要来自于疾病预防控制机构、研究所和高校,研究热点主要集中在流行病学与防治、疫苗、免疫学、药物研究等方面,相关期刊可根据上述作者群分布及研究热点开展选题和组稿,以提高其影响力。
Objective To analyze the distribution of highly cited papers about schistosomiasis from 2005 to 2012, reveal the research hotspots of schistosomiasis in China, and provide reference for the compilation and writing of the selected group draft plan. Methods The full-text database of Chinese periodicals in CNKI was searched. The papers published in 2005-2012 were searched, the citation rates of highly-cited papers were calculated according to the formula, and the highly-cited papers were screened. The published time, Types, authors and their agencies, citation and publication journals, fund projects and research directions. Results A total of 3 639 articles of schistosomiasis were retrieved, of which 343 were highly cited (citation frequency ≥8). The Chinese Journal of Schistosomiasis published the highest number of highly cited papers, with 155, accounting for 45.19%. The main types of highly cited papers are theses (44.90%), reviews (12.54%) and special articles (6.12%). The authors are mainly from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (17.33%), Institutes (22.67% (36.00%). The fund projects are mainly state and provincial departments with an average fund paper ratio of 50.44%. Its research interests include epidemiology and prevention, epidemic analysis, vaccines, immunodiagnosis, immunization and infection . Conclusions The high cited papers about schistosomiasis in our country are mainly from disease prevention and control agencies, research institutes and universities. The research focuses are mainly on epidemiology and prevention, vaccines, immunology and drug research.
