实验的目的是研究正常猴牙与牙齿旋转移动8周后猴牙牙周组织中,P物质(一种神经肽类)的染色反应及分布情况。实验选用猴的上颌第一前磨牙,正常对照动物不作正畸实验;实验组旋转猴牙应用颊舌侧的螺旋弹簧反方向施力各100g,力矩为600g·mm,8周后取材,按免疫组化的要求取材和制备样品。实验显示,牙周膜中存在P物质染色的神经纤维,经过正畸实验P物质在神经纤维的染色加深和增多,同时在骨改建区及牙槽骨骨髓腔内,也有P物质的深染。这提示:神经肽类P物质积极参与了正畸组织的改建活动。
The purpose of the experiment was to study the staining reaction and distribution of substance P (a neuropeptide) in the periodontal tissues of monkeys after 8 weeks of normal monkey tooth and tooth rotation. In the experiment, the maxillary first premolar of the monkey was selected and the normal control animal was not used for the orthodontic experiment. In the experimental group, the application of the helical spring on the buccolingual tongue side in the experimental group was 100g in the opposite direction with a torque of 600g · mm. Grouping requires the sampling and preparation of samples. Experiments show that the presence of substance P in the periodontal ligament nerve fibers, P material after orthodontic experiments in the deepening and increased staining of nerve fibers, bone remodeling area and the alveolar bone marrow cavity, there are deep staining of substance P. This suggests that neuropeptide substance P is actively involved in the remodeling of orthodontic tissues.
