发动机性能台架试验是普遍应用的基本实验,在发动机工业中有重要意义。但目前在性能对比试验中,尚存在一些被忽视的基础技术问题,常使性能改进工作不能得出正确结论。本文列举了试验工作的诸环节,以例说明被忽视的问题,并提出迅速克服这种缺点的建议。一方面普遍对试验报告提出要求,要求对所作试验诸环节作出说明,以表明试验结果符合试验目的需要;另一方面组织专题研究,以促进并保证普遍掌握这些基础技术。
Engine performance Bench test is a commonly used basic experiment, which is of great significance in the engine industry. However, at present, there are still some neglected fundamental technical problems in performance comparison tests, which often result in improper performance conclusions. This article lists all aspects of the trial work to illustrate neglected issues and to suggest promptly to overcome such shortcomings. On the one hand, there is a general demand for test reports, requiring clarification of the various aspects of the tests conducted in order to demonstrate that the test results meet the needs of the test purpose; on the other hand, special studies are organized to promote and ensure universal access to these basic technologies.
