为适应建筑钢结构的迅速发展,建研院与沈阳电焊机厂研究了双丝贴角埋弧焊新工艺新设备,该项工艺及设备能同时焊接 H 型钢两条主焊缝,比船形位置单丝埋弧焊工效提高两倍以上。为国内钢结构施工创出了一条新路,属国内首创。本文介绍了国内外应用情况,设备特点及焊接工艺参数,以便在国内推广应用。
