Stamps on whether the year marked, what year marked, has always been valued by stamp collectors. New China stamps, because of their “Chinese characteristics,” the motto, mostly printed with “planned release” of the year. In the main figure if another year and then marked, is a superfluous move. However, our stamp designer does not seem to ignore this fact, or like to mark the year on the main map. In practical terms, most annotations are sensible and successful, but there are also some areas that are debatable. This article would like to make a preliminary discussion on this.
