Leydig细胞是生成睾酮的主要场所,其分化是男性个体发育的一个标志性事件。近年来,出现许多关于Leydig干细胞的研究,以期明确Leydig干细胞分化为成熟型Leydig细胞这一过程中所涉及的分子改变及其发生机制。本文就大鼠、小鼠的胎儿型及成熟型Leydig细胞个体发育及相关激素的调控机制进行了综述。
Leydig cells are the major sites for the production of testosterone and their differentiation is a hallmark of an individual’s development. In recent years, many studies have been made on Leydig stem cells in order to clarify the molecular changes involved in the process of differentiation of Leydig stem cells into mature Leydig cells and its mechanism. This article reviews the individual and regulatory mechanisms of fetal and mature Leydig cells in rats and mice.
