本文介绍研究岩石中C_1—C_(12)PNA组份的一种分析方法。该方法在90—100℃进行真空脱气,脱气条件严格探制,始终保持一致,不但脱气率高、重现性好,而且分离的组份不失真。测定结果具有代表性。另外,在优选条件下,实测C_1—C_5校正因子,将HP5880C_5—C_0PNA程序收进为C_1—C_(12)PNA程序。这就充分利用了仪器功能,是目前研究C_1—C_(12)PNA组份的一种较为有效的分析方法。
This paper presents an analytical method for studying C_1-C_ (12) PNA in rocks. The method is degassed under vacuum at 90-100 DEG C and the conditions of degassing are strictly explored. The method is consistent all the time, not only the degassing rate is high, the reproducibility is good, but also the components of the separation are not distorted. The results are representative. In addition, under the optimal conditions, the C_1-C_5 correction factor was measured and the HP5880C_5-C_0PNA program was incorporated into the C_1-C_ (12) PNA program. This makes full use of the function of the instrument, which is a more effective method for the analysis of C_1-C_ (12) PNA.
