给出了国有林区森工企业考核指标体系,运用综合指数法对指际进行考核。同时在运用有向图及矩阵分析手段对考核指际体系进行层次分析的基础上,借助判断矩阵,采用单准则权重和综合权重计算方法,求得各终端指标在考核指标体系中的权重值,实现了对考核指标体系综合评价值的修正,从而做到了对森工企也的科学评价。在讨论考核指标评价方法的同时,提出了各项考核指标的相对重要性量值,为管理决策提供了重要依据。
The assessment index system for forest industry enterprises in state-owned forest area is given, and the index is applied to the index system by the comprehensive index method. At the same time, using the directed graph and matrix analysis method to analyze the inter-level system, we use the judgment matrix, the single criterion weight and the comprehensive weight calculation method to obtain the weight value of each terminal index in the evaluation index system, It realizes the correction of the comprehensive evaluation value of the evaluation index system and thus achieves the scientific evaluation of the forest industrial enterprises as well. While discussing the assessment method of evaluation index, the relative importance of each evaluation index is proposed, which provides an important basis for management decision-making.
