我们1995年2月～2001年10月共收治老年人胸外伤85例。现就其临床特点和诊疗体会讨论如下。 1 临床资料本组中男58例,女27例,年龄60～80岁,平均65.7岁。其中交通事故伤38例,挤压伤15例,跌伤12例,坠落伤9例,打击伤7例,牛角顶伤4例。85例病人重症者28例,占32.9%,其中失血性休克21例,收缩压<90 mm Hg。呼吸
We from February 1995 to October 2001 were treated 85 cases of thoracic injuries in the elderly. Now on its clinical features and treatment experience discussed below. 1 Clinical data The group of 58 males and 27 females, aged 60 to 80 years, mean 65.7 years. Among them, there were 38 cases of traffic accident, 15 cases of crush injury, 12 cases of falls, 9 cases of falling injuries, 7 cases of injury and 4 cases of horns of crooked head. There were 28 cases (85%) of patients with severe disease, accounting for 32.9%, including 21 cases of hemorrhagic shock and systolic blood pressure <90 mm Hg. Breathe
