英语写作是英语学习和英语教学中的一大难点,很多学者进行过大量相关研究,但是针对独立学院学生英语写作的研究却很少。独立学院学生的英语水平普遍较低,基础知识薄弱,语言输出能力低,英语作文中错误百出。为了提高独立学院学生大学英语写作能力,作者对北京工商大学嘉华学院的部分学生进行了问卷调查,从学生的角度找出了一些制约其大学英语写作能力的主要因素,并就此提出了相关对策。
English writing is a major challenge in English learning and English teaching. Many scholars have conducted a great deal of relevant research, but there are few researches on English writing for independent college students. Independent college students generally have a lower level of English, a weak basic knowledge, a low verbal ability of outputting, and a large number of mistakes in English composition. In order to improve college English writing ability of independent college students, the author conducted a questionnaire survey on some students at Jiahua College of Beijing Technology and Business University, and found some main factors that restrict their ability of college English writing from the perspective of students, and put forward relevant countermeasures .
