语言障碍是脑卒中患者的常见的症状。语言康复是针对不同语言功能障碍,制定康复计划,进行语言康复训练。 1 语言功能评估语言是复杂的高级心理活动。为了康复计划更有针对性及更有效,必须准确地查出不同的语言功能障碍及其程度,了解尚相对保留的语言功能,并根据不同的失语模式,作出失语症分类。这是制定语言康复计划的基础。因此,应采用标准化的正规的失语检查法。
Speech impairment is a common symptom in stroke patients. Language rehabilitation is aimed at different language dysfunctions, formulating rehabilitation programs and conducting language rehabilitation training. 1 Language Function Evaluation Language is a complex advanced mental activity. In order to be more targeted and effective in rehabilitation programs, different language dysfunctions and their degree must be accurately detected, and the relative reserved language functions must be understood. Aphasia classification should be made according to different aphasia patterns. This is the basis for developing a language rehabilitation program. Therefore, a standardized formal aphasia test should be used.
