城市电视台是四级办电视台政策环境下的产物,同时,也是城市发展必然的结果。然而城市电视台在政策保护下发展起来,却不得不面对正在改变着的政策环境和市场空间。特别是在网络视频和移动终端所形成的新的媒介生态环境,对电视业的冲击是明显的,直接地影响着城市电视台的发展空间。如何在这种变化的生存环境中找到城市电视台的上升之路,本文基于对电视整体环境判断和具体节目类型结构的分析,提出了城市电视台发展之路的策略和思路。
City TV stations are the products of the four-run TV station policy environment, and are also the inevitable result of urban development. However, under the protection of policies, urban television stations have to face the changing policy environment and market space. Especially in the new media environment formed by online video and mobile terminals, the impact on the TV industry is obvious, which directly affects the development space of the urban television stations. How to find the rising trend of urban television stations in such a changing living environment, this paper proposes the strategies and ideas for the development of urban television stations based on the analysis of the overall environment of TV programs and the specific program structure.
