采用真空电弧熔炼法制得式为Ni_(46)Ti_(144)Ta_(10)(at%)的锭子,经过均匀化处理后,轧制成板材用作试样;采用DSC,XRD,SEM以及显微硬度测试等试验手段,对经时效处理的新型Ni-Ti-Ta形状记忆合金的性能进行了研究。结果表明:在300℃~550℃对Ni_(46)Ti_(44)Ta_(10)合金进行时效处理后,有Ti_(11)Ni_(14)沉淀相析出,并且产生沉淀硬化效应;合金的相变温度和硬化程度随着时效处理的参数的不同而不同;经适当的时效处理,该合金不仅具有优越的形状记忆效应,而且可以达到最好的硬化效果。
The ingots of Ni_ (46) Ti_ (144) Ta_ (10) (at%) were prepared by the vacuum arc melting method and homogenized. The specimens were rolled into plates and used for the samples. The samples were characterized by DSC, XRD, SEM and SEM Microhardness test and other means of testing, the aging of the new Ni-Ti-Ta shape memory alloy properties were studied. The results show that Ti_ (11) Ni_ (14) precipitates precipitate when Ni_ (46) Ti_ (44) Ta_ (10) alloy is aged at 300 ℃ ~ 550 ℃ and the precipitation hardening effect occurs. The temperature and the degree of hardening vary with the aging treatment parameters; the appropriate aging treatment, the alloy not only has excellent shape memory effect, and can achieve the best hardening effect.
