目的:观察双黄连含片治疗感冒(风热证)患者的临床效果和安全性.方法:选取风热感冒患者262例,随机分为观察组和对照组各131例,观察组患者服用双黄连含片,对照组患者服用羚翘解毒片,比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果:经过治疗,观察组患者总有效率为90.84％,对照组患者总有效率为82.44％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:双黄连含片治疗感冒(风热证)患者临床疗效显著,能有效且快速改善患者的临床症状及体征,值得临床推广应用.
