目的:探讨小包装中药饮片在实际使用中的优缺点。方法:将小包装饮片和传统的散装饮片在调剂及管理等方面进行比较。结果:小包装中药饮片和传统的调配模式比较,具有保持中药的特色、剂量准确、增加工作效率、提高患者对用药的辨识度、避免浪费等优点;同时中药饮片小包装存在增加存放空间、饮片质量把关难度大、成本过高等缺点。结论:小包装中药饮片具有自己独特的优势,但也存在相对不足,需扬长避短,继续完善,以更好地推广和使用。
Objective: To explore the advantages and disadvantages of using small package Chinese medicine slices in practical use. Methods: The small package and traditional bulk bulk pieces in the swap and management aspects of comparison. Results: Compared with the traditional formulation mode, the small package of traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of maintaining the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, accurate dosage, increasing work efficiency, improving patient’s identification of medication and avoiding waste; meanwhile, there is an increase of storage space for small package of traditional Chinese medicine, Quality checks difficult, high cost and other shortcomings. Conclusion: Small package of Chinese Herbal Pieces has its own unique advantages, but there are also relatively inadequate, need to avoid weaknesses, continue to improve, in order to better promote and use.
