近年来,我国石油企业在开展境外投资方面取得了明显的成效。随着国际石油市场的竞争激烈程度的加剧,石油企业海外投资面临着政治、经济以及社会等多重风险因素的影响,石油企业在开展境外投资过程中应该重视投资战略和策略的选择,建立有效的风险评估和预警机制,不断的完善企业的投资策略。本文重点分析石油企业境外投资战略,通过分析石油企业境外投资所遭遇的困境,提出应对石油企业境外投资的战略建议,促进石油企业投资多元化发展,以实现我国石油企业国际竞争力的提升。
In recent years, China’s petroleum enterprises have made remarkable achievements in overseas investment. With the intensified competition in the international oil market, the overseas investment of oil enterprises faces the influence of multiple risk factors such as politics, economy and society. In the process of overseas investment, oil enterprises should pay attention to the choice of investment strategies and strategies and establish effective Risk assessment and early warning mechanism, and constantly improve the investment strategy of enterprises. This paper focuses on the overseas investment strategy of oil companies. By analyzing the difficulties encountered by overseas oil companies, this paper puts forward the strategic proposals to deal with the overseas investment of oil companies and promote the diversified development of oil companies in order to achieve the enhancement of the international competitiveness of Chinese oil companies.
