目的:探索提高何首乌扦插成活率的方法。方法:以何首乌枝条为材料,在田间条件下,采用L9(34)正交设计,研究了扦插密度、枝条木质化程度、枝条节数及萘乙酸浓度对枝条扦插成活及扦插苗生长的影响。结果:株距1cm和2cm条件下,扦插苗在根数、根长、新生枝条数及新生叶片数分别为3.68条、28.52mm、1.24条、6.63片和3.11条、22.62mm、1.36条、7.04片,均显著优于株距5cm的密度水平,成活率三者无显著性差异;褐色老枝和黄色枝条扦插成活率显著高于绿色嫩枝;三节枝条成活率、根数、根长分别为57.41%、4.09条、26.96mm,明显优于两节和一节枝条;萘乙酸浓度以40mg/L的浓度水平下生根及生长最好。结论:何首乌用枝条进行扦插繁殖时,可选择株距1cm,三节的褐色老枝或三节黄色枝条,用40mg/L的萘乙酸浸枝条下部的条件下进行,可提高扦插成苗率。
Objective: To explore ways to improve the survival rate of Polygonum multiflorum cutting. Method: Using Polygonum multiflorum shoots as materials, orthogonal design of L9 (34) was used to study the effects of cutting density, degree of lignification, number of branches and NAA concentration on cutting propagation and cutting seedling growth. Results: Under the conditions of 1 cm and 2 cm, the number of root exudates, root length, number of new branches and new leaves were 3.68, 28.52mm, 1.24, 6.63 and 3.11, 22.62mm, 1.36 and 7.04 , Were significantly better than the density of 5cm plant spacing, the survival rate of the three no significant difference; brown old branches and yellow branches cuttings survival rate was significantly higher than the green shoots; three branches survival rate, root number, root length were 57.41% , 4.09 and 26.96 mm, respectively, which were obviously superior to those of two and one branches. The rooting and growth of NAA at the concentration of 40 mg / L were the best. CONCLUSION: When Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. Is cut by cutting, the old brown or three yellow branches with 1cm and 3 nodes can be selected and the seedlings can be cut under the condition of 40mg / L naphthalene-acetic acid-immersed branches.
