甘薯是起源于热带的粮食经济作物。甘薯贮藏过程中低温会诱导特定基因表达,引起生理活动发生变化,严重影响着甘薯品质。因此,研究低温对甘薯贮藏的生理和分子调控机制以及甘薯耐冷性机制具有重要的理论和实践价值。本文根据国内外研究成果,总结了在低温胁迫下甘薯贮藏过程中的营养及生理的变化过程,并对可能的生理及分子调控机制进行综述,进而为提高甘薯抗冷性并培育出优质品种的相关研究提供理论依据。
Sweet potato is a tropical food economy crop. Low temperature in the process of sweet potato storage can induce the expression of specific genes, causing changes in physiological activities, seriously affecting the quality of sweet potato. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical value to study the physiological and molecular regulation mechanism of sweet potato storage at low temperature and the mechanism of cold tolerance of sweet potato. Based on the research results at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the nutritional and physiological changes of sweet potato during storage under low temperature stress, and summarizes possible physiological and molecular regulatory mechanisms.
