通过自制水性环氧乳液对阳离子乳化沥青进行改性,制备水性环氧乳化沥青及其混合料,开发了一种适用于路面养护的新型修补材料。对不同水性环氧乳液掺量下的水性环氧乳化沥青进行荧光、抗剪、黏附性分析,及其沥青混合料养生条件、马歇尔稳定度、抗劈裂强度、水稳定性测试。结果表明:水性环氧乳液掺量10%~20%时,沥青充分包裹在环氧网络结构中,抗剪强度迅速增大,黏附性较好,掺量小于10%对抗剪强度贡献不大;混合料养生条件在60℃时,随着掺量的增大,马歇尔稳定度、劈裂强度、水稳性随着增大,水性环氧乳液掺量20%时,马歇尔稳定度、抗劈裂强度、MS分别为5.81kN、0.81 MPa、93.1%,均满足规范要求。
Through modifying the cationic emulsified asphalt by self-made waterborne epoxy emulsion to prepare waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt and its mixture, a new repairing material suitable for pavement maintenance was developed. Fluorescence, shear and adhesion analysis of water - borne epoxy emulsified asphalt with different water - borne epoxy emulsions were carried out. And their asphalt mixture health conditions, Marshall stability, anti - splitting strength and water stability were tested. The results show that when the content of water-based epoxy emulsion is 10% ~ 20%, the asphalt is fully encapsulated in the epoxy network structure, the shear strength increases rapidly and the adhesion is better. When the content is less than 10%, the contribution of shear strength is not large ; Marshall stability, splitting strength, water stability increased with the increase of the content of mixture at 60 ℃, Marshall stability, anti-splitting when the content of waterborne epoxy emulsion was 20% The cracking strength and MS were 5.81kN, 0.81MPa and 93.1% respectively, all of which met the standard requirements.
