应用甲胺磷农药对土壤动物进行污染模拟实验.结果表明,甲胺磷农药对土壤动物有明显影响,并随着甲胺磷溶液处理浓度的增加,土壤动物的种类和数量显著减少;多样性指数,高处理浓度(0.54ml/L)时为3.7596,低处理浓度(0.01ml/L)时为5.7962,对照组则为8.5714.大型土壤动物蚯蚓的染毒实验表明,甲胺磷对蚯蚓有明显的致死作用,其半致死浓度(LC50),24h为13.7ml/L,48h为5.4ml/L,72h为3.9ml/L,计算所得蚯蚓生活的安全浓度为0.2517ml/L.
Application of methamidophos pesticide on soil animal pollution simulation experiment. The results showed that methamidophos pesticide had a significant effect on soil animals, and with the increase of methamidophos solution, the species and quantity of soil animals decreased significantly. The results showed that methamidophos had a lethal effect on earthworms.
