[目的]研究紫叶李对重金属镉和铅胁迫的生理响应。[方法]研究不同浓度镉(10、30、50、100、150、200 mg/kg)、铅(50、100、500、1 000、1 500、2 000 mg/kg)对紫叶李的相对电导率、丙二醛和叶绿素含量的影响。[结果]随着镉浓度和铅浓度的升高,紫叶李的相对电导率和丙二醛含量总体呈升高趋势,叶绿素含量明显降低,在铅浓度2 000 mg/kg和镉浓度200 mg/kg时,叶绿素含量分别较对照降低60.9%和50.1%。[结论]紫叶李是一种抗重金属能力较强的植物。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the physiological response of Pseudostellaria tabanii to heavy metal cadmium and lead stress. [Method] The effects of cadmium (10,30,50,100,150,200 mg / kg), Pb (50,100,500,1 000,1,500,2,000 mg / kg) on purple leaf plum were studied. Conductivity, MDA and Chlorophyll Content. [Result] With the increase of cadmium concentration and lead concentration, the relative conductivity and malondialdehyde content of P. plutella increased and the content of chlorophyll decreased obviously. Under the conditions of lead concentration 2 000 mg / kg and cadmium concentration 200 mg / kg, the chlorophyll content decreased by 60.9% and 50.1% respectively compared with the control. [Conclusion] Purple leaf plum is a kind of plant with strong ability of resisting heavy metals.
