应用CFD技术计算双流道式泵包括叶轮及压出室在内的全三维湍流场,证实基圆大小不同时泵的水力特性有不同。分析认为压出室第一断面内流场压力及速度分布显著差别是主要原因,通过对比不同基圆下的流场分布,找出影响压出室第一断面流场分布的因素。计算结果有助于深入了解双流道叶轮压出室内部流动机理,对双流道叶轮压出室的水力设计提供参考。
The CFD technique was used to calculate the full three-dimensional turbulent flow fields of the dual-flow pump, including the impeller and the pressure chamber. It was verified that the hydraulic characteristics of the pump were different when the base circle size was different. The main reason for the significant difference in pressure and velocity distribution in the first section of the extrusion chamber is that the distribution of the flow field in the first section of the extrusion chamber is found by comparing the distribution of the flow field at different base circles. The calculation results help to understand the internal flow mechanism of the impeller in the double-flow impeller and provide references for the hydraulic design of the impeller in the double-flow impeller.
