株洲化工集团磷肥厂年产过磷酸钙30万t,系干法生产,其风扫磨工序由3台φ2 000 mm×4 000mm的球磨机、3台7-29型排风机、3台3L-8/10空气压缩机、1套润滑油系统和1套冷却水系统等20多台设备组成。其中排风机轴承箱,压缩机一、二级冷却水夹套,球磨机前、后轴瓦,润滑油系统冷却器等都需要用水冷却,其冷却点分布广,冷却点阀门控制数量多,高度相差大,操作不便。原来采用自来水冷却,冷却水直接从地沟排走,每天需耗自来水600~700 t。目前在公司环保压力越来越大的情况下,将这一部分冷却水回收利用,实现废水的零排放,经济效益和环保效果显著。
