企业内部控制是社会和经济发展到一定程度的必然产物,是当代企业经营管理的重要方式。伴随我国市场经济飞速发展,经营中遇到的不确定因素也与日俱增,面临的风险日趋增大。建立健全企业内部控制制度的重要性日益突出。本文首先详细介绍了内部控制对企业管理的作用,接着对我国企业内部控制存在的问题进行了阐述,并对完善我国企业的内部控制提出了几条建议。
The internal control of an enterprise is an inevitable outcome of a certain degree of social and economic development and is an important way of operation and management of contemporary enterprises. With the rapid development of the market economy in our country, the uncertainties encountered in the business are also increasing day by day. The risks we face are increasing day by day. The importance of establishing and improving the internal control system of enterprises has become increasingly prominent. This article firstly introduces the function of internal control to the enterprise management in detail, then elaborates the existing problems in the internal control of our country, and puts forward several suggestions to improve the internal control of our enterprises.
