去年我局在对企业档案工作进行调查中发现,企业档案管理升级以后,凡是把档案工作纳入本企业运行机制的单位,档案工作都保持了较好的发展势头;凡是没有很好“纳入”的,都有不同程度的“滑坡”现象。所以在企业深化改革中,积极争取把档案工作纳入企业管理运行机制,是保证档案工作继续发展的当务之急。一、“纳人”是现代企业的自身发展需要
