中国版画在当今的社会背景下,生存的确具有紧迫性,原有的革命性功能转为社会服务的功能,在新时期又面临进一步调整的压力。同时,还要避免因急功近利而向市场妥协。版画界曾有一个阶段呈现迷茫摇摆的不明朗状态,在尚未寻找到自己适合的生存发展空间,依然困惑于和社会交流的方式时,该如何让版画艺术稳定且有学术性的发展?我们究竟应该如何面对这样一个时代?如何通过我们的艺术创作来反映这种种社会变革,这个时代究竟需要什么样的版画?时代需要的是接地气的、言之有物的、生猛直接的版画。
Under the current social background, the survival of China’s printmaking is indeed urgent. The original revolutionary function has been transformed into the function of social service and under the pressure of further adjustment in the new era. At the same time, we must also avoid compromise with the market for quick success. There was a stage in the lithograph industry showing the uncertain state of confusion and swing. How to make the art of printing stable and academic development when it has not been found its suitable space for living and development, and still confused and social communication? How should we face such an era? How to reflect this kind of social change through our artistic creation? What kind of prints do we need in this era? What we need in the era is the earthly, vivid and vivid engraving.
