添加微量La能显著改善FeCr_(8.6)Ni_(12)P_(14)B_6非晶态合金的耐蚀性能。在该合金中加入0.075%La后,所得非晶态合金在4N盐酸中有较好的耐蚀性能(腐蚀率小于10~(-2)毫米/年)。AES和XPS的分析结果说明,添加微量La能促进合金在HCl溶液中形成薄而致密的表面膜,这是改善其耐蚀性的主要原因。
The addition of trace La can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of FeCr_ (8.6) Ni_ (12) P_ (14) B_6 amorphous alloys. After adding 0.075% La into the alloy, the obtained amorphous alloy has good corrosion resistance in 4N hydrochloric acid (corrosion rate less than 10 -2 mm / year). AES and XPS analysis results show that adding a small amount of La can promote the formation of thin and dense surface film in HCl solution, which is the main reason to improve the corrosion resistance.
