患者女性,19岁,左侧半身进行性萎缩、肢体无力5年余入院。于1984年初起每于上体育课时感左下肢不及右下肢有力,且发现左下肢比对侧为细。数月后发现同侧上肢也比对侧细。并发现同侧皮肤出汗少、毛发易脱落,但不伴麻木、疼痛等不适。既往身体健康,几代家族成员中否认有类似病史。查体:体格发育正常,左侧肢体较对侧为细,与相应部位比差0.5～1.5cm,左侧颜面(颞部、颊部)、胸部、腹部、臀部明显凹陷,左侧乳房明显小于对侧,同侧皮肤粗糙,
