作为教学工作中重要内容之一的考核将会直接影响到学生学习的积极性。传统的成绩评价较单一,也较片面,在一定程度上制约了教学水平和教育质量的提高,不利于素质教育和创新教育的顺利开展。因此,我们针对《VI识别设计》课程的考核方式进行了一定程度的改革。以探索实施素质教育,提升教学质量的有效方法为目的,把对成绩的单一评定,分散到学习过程的四个节点(即基础、创意设计、实训、评价)的质量控制中,将考核贯穿到日常教学中,模拟岗位考核(即根据生产、建设、服务和管理第一线科技含量较高的技术岗位群的需要确定考核内容)。为体现公平、公正、全面的原则,推翻以最终成品作为唯一成绩评定要素的单一化考核模式,引入统一分配考核权重同时,对不同能力模块成绩弹性化的配比模式,以达对教学的全程监控。不断总结提高,以达到对学生全面的、多角度的评价和肯定的目的。
