近年来,糖皮质类固醇激素(以下简称激素)应用于临床日趋广泛。若应用恰当,常可取得良好效果。但在我们基层医疗单位似有些滥用现象。其中有些是属于对激素的生理作用及应用指征掌握得不够好,有些则是对其副作用或并发症的发生,观察、处理重视不够,而有的是对激素的选择及具体使用方法掌握得不好。这样往往达不到治疗效果。下面仅就本单位近年来应用激素治疗过程中出现的较严重的副作用和并发症3例报告于下。
